Return & Refund Policy
At SKEEN, every bottle is created with care, especially for sensitive and flare-prone skin. Because our HOCl Recovery Spray is a medical-grade hygiene and skin-support product, we follow strict safety and quality standards.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
We accept returns only if:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or leaking upon arrival
- The item received is incorrect (wrong product sent)
To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
Pre-Order Items
For pre-order purchases, all orders are final once placed, as items are produced or allocated specifically for you. Refunds or cancellations are not available unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.
Shipping Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged due to courier handling, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly.
